When we first got to Keiai we put our things in a seperate building then we headed up to the school and sat in the library. After sitting in the library for a long time our Keiai penpals walked through the doors and greeted us. Then one by one they came up and had a sign with our names on it. After they picked us up we went to different rooms to put our things down then we went to lunch. After lunch they took us back to the room where we stayed for the rest of school and then they took us home. My penpal was nice and so was the mom. After settling in I had to get ready for the banquet that they set up. The banquet was so nice compared to our get together with them.  We went home after the banquet and slept.

The next day we went to a Natural History Museum  and I learned some new things there. They had statues and sculptures of animals that lived back then and some that are present today. They had some living animals that were pretty cool, one of the animals were a turtle that had a long neck and a salamander that was huge. After the museum we took the train to Kokura Castle, a lot of people went there too besides us at a different time. I saw Mr.Randall and Lee Sensei when we got there. Kokura castle had many things to show like the different castles that were in different places and they were catagorized by the height of the castle, I think that Kokura Castle was number six on the chart.

The next day we had to get up at 6:30 to go to school, they start school so much later than us. When we got to school I think that I was the only one who was there, but I saw max later on then more and more people started coming. When all of us got there it was like normal school except with our penpals it was loud. After the morning instructions they took us to the library to drop our things off, after that we went to the temple for the morning service. There morning service is longer than ours and their temple is bigger too. After the service we went back to the library to grab our things than we went back to the other building to repack our things for the next night. After we packed we loaded everything into the bus then the whole school came out to say goodbye.

Boy Scouts is a really fun way to stay active. In boy scouts you can’t be afraid to talk to the leaders and other people. In order to progress in boy scouts you have be able to know knots and be able to talk to adults that want to help you progress. There are seven basic knots every scout should know the square knot, two half hitch, taut-line, clove hitch, timber hitch, sheet bend, and sheep shank. Boy scouts are very different from girl scout, girl scouts can progress by aging but boy scouts you have to do certain requirements for you to rank up once your done with all of the requirements you will have to get sort of like a test from a leader it’s called a scoutmasters conference and they will say if you pass or not. For the second rank and up you will have to do something called a board of review it is similar to the scoutmasters conference but they test you on stuff that you should know in your current rank so it will get harder as you rank up.

In boy scouts we often go camping and hiking. Normally the hikes are five to ten miles. The camps are normally on the weekends, we get there on Friday and leave Sunday morning. There is a week long summer camp that allows us to get a lot of merit badges in a week. They will have some merit badges that require you to get for your eagle rank but the rest are mostly fun activities. I already did all the required merit badges for this years summer camp so I can do fun things all day, I was thinking all beach programs this year.

During camps we have to make our own meals and plan activities to do at camp when were done cooking and cleaning. The activities are mostly for the younger scouts to earn their firem’n chit and their totin’ chit. You have to get a firem’n chit in order for you to make fires for lunch or dinner and you need a totin’ chit for using knives such as cutting vegetables, chopping up wood for a fire, and shaving wood for tinder.

Anthem is a MMORPG(Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Video Game). At first you have to choose a Javelin. A Javelin is a suit that you have to play in. Certain Javelins have different abilities and there are four different Javelins.

Javelins:

• Colossus
• Ranger
• Interceptor
• Storm

The Colossus is a brute that deals a lot of damage and has a lot of health. The Colossus doesn’t have a shield bar like the other javelins because it makes it up with it’s health bar. Its special ability is a huge cannon that it can fire up to three times that deals a lot of damage. The Ranger is an all around Javelin so it’s not the fastest or the strongest but it is mediocre at all of them. Its special ability is like a salvo blaster which means can lock onto multiple enemies and shoot missiles at all of them. The Interceptor is more of a melee and speed type of javelin. The Interceptors main weapon is it’s hands because of its speed. The Interceptors special ability is basically a speed and strength enhancer that allows it to become faster and stronger. Storm is an elemental javelin. Storm has the ability to use lightning and float in the air and his special ability is he can bring down three meteors to kill his enemies.

In the revival of the Commandments, Ten demons were picked by the Demon King to become his elite troops and destroy the human race and get revenge on Meliodas for betraying them. A group called the Seven Deadly Sins were formed specifically to stop them but the only only two that could actually hold their own in battle is Escanor and Meliodas. They were able to hold their own because Escanor is actually a god named Mael and Meliodas is the first born of the demon king and he was known to be next in line to be the Demon King.

Monster Hunter World is an action role-playing game. You have to fight numerous monster one after another to continue with the story. You start off with very easy monsters but they will seem hard because of your armor that you have at the beginning. The further you get into the game the harder the monsters will get. There are assigned quests, optional quests, expeditions, events, and special quests. The more monsters you kill the better armor you can get and that will make it a lot easier to defeat monsters. There are 7 classes of Dragon and each class has multiple monsters in them.

This time I will talk about our 8th grade graduation gift. For our graduation gift we have decided to make something like a trellis. We are making a shaded area by the mini greenspace. It is gonna be shade for the benches that are over there and it will also have some kind of vines growing up the beams. We are working Saturdays and Sundays to get it done but only for two weeks.

There is a game called Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and it is really fun, especially when you play with friends. In the game you can either be a zombie or a Plant. You have to go on missions in order to level up and get coins to upgrade. There are different modes. There is one mode that you have to pick a garden to protect from hordes of zombies that come at you wave by wave. There are 10 waves in total and at waves five and ten a boss will appear. There is another mode where you have to protect a circle where the zombies are trying to get inside in order to get a zombie tower from rsing up from the ground.

I will be talking about a video game called Division 2. It is about a world that has fallen into crime and you have to do a bunch of missions to help and try make the world better. There are story mission and then there are side missions to help you get stronger, level up, and get better weapons. There are also easter eggs for you to get special gear that you can only get when completing the easter eggs. There is one that you can get a mask but to get it you have beat  hunters and they are super difficult to kill.

Today was more of a study hall day because we had practice at two o’clock. That entire morning was just straight homework. I did homework for a couple hours and then I finally decided to take a break. During that break we went out side to see the snow. It started to snow a lot, we even got to make a couple of snowballs. We were throwing them at each other and we even dumped some on each others head. Shortly after we had to go back inside because our coach didn’t want us to get sick before the tournament. Then we had to do homework again and eat lunch. Right after we ate lunch we jumped on the train to go to practice. Our practice only lasted an hour so we wouldn’t strain ourselves and get used to the clay doyo. We went straight to the hotel after practice so that we could rest and do more homework.

The plane ride was very long and tedious but when we got to Japan it looked very nice. On the plane I couldn’t find my passport but luckily I found it but when we got to the place where they check your passport and ticket I couldn’t find my passport and apparently I left it on the plane and one of the flight attendants found it. When we got through to baggage claim we had to walk to the other side of the isle and our bags were the last ones. when we got our bags and went outside everyone was waiting for us.
